• What is SndBnch?

  A groove arcade. You play — pick a scene, ride the knobs, make the calls a producer makes — and the GPU studio behind it renders your session into real tracks. No DAW, no timeline, no plugins. Think instrument, not upload form.

• Is the music AI-generated?

  Partly — and we tell you exactly which part. The composition (the notes, the groove, the choices) comes from the artist: played in the arcade, or drawn from music the artist provides. The sound you hear is rendered by an AI model running on our own hardware. Every track carries a machine-readable provenance record saying precisely this.

• So all songs are based on artist-provided material?

  Yes — that's the platform rule. Pattern sources are always artist-provided: your performance in the arcade, your own back catalog, or MIDI you supply. We don't generate compositions from nothing, and we never borrow anyone else's.

• Who owns a track I make here?

  You do. SndBnch is an instrument, not a publisher — your inputs are yours, the resulting track is yours per your tier's terms, and your material trains nothing unless you explicitly opt into your own artist model. Nobody else's model ever touches your uploads.

• Will platforms flag my track as AI?

  Possibly — distributors use detection tools that identify AI rendering (and sometimes guess the model, not always correctly). We don't hide from this: the true answer is embedded in your file, so your declaration is on record before anyone's classifier speaks. Where a platform requires disclosure, ours makes it a copy-paste.

• Why don't you meter renders?

  Most tools ration renders because every one costs them cloud money. We run our own hardware, so one more render costs us almost nothing — audition a pile, keep what you love. Sessions run seven tracks at a time; your first seven sessions are free.

• What will it cost?

  A generous free doorway, then tiers as your commitment grows — payable by card, or in sats over Lightning. Full pricing lands at launch.

• How do I get in?
